How long is the warranty?
All of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If the item has a functional issue within that time, we will offer a free replacement.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy depends on the time since delivery:
- Within 7 days:for any reason. Return shipping cost is not covered, or you may bring it back to our office in person.
- From 30 days to 1 year:only accepted if the product is defective.
Note: Return shipping is not covered unless the item is faulty.
How long does shipping take?
- Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Other provinces or countries: Around 2 weeks
